What these terms cover

These terms are about using this website: reading it, applying for a job through it, and contacting us through it.

They are not the terms of any work Octatude does for a client. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement between Octatude and that client, and nothing on this website forms part of it or replaces it.

Using the website

You may read this website and use its forms for their intended purpose. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law, or that helps somebody else break the law
• attempt to gain access to any part of it you have not been given access to
• submit anything through its forms that is unlawful, deliberately false, or somebody else’s personal information given without their knowledge
• send automated traffic that interferes with the site working normally for other people
• copy substantial parts of it for a competing commercial purpose

Applying for a job

When you apply for a role, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that the CV you attach is yours to send.

Applying does not create an offer of employment, and we are not obliged to respond to every application. How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy, including how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it sooner.

Contacting us through the website

The chat on this website gives fixed, pre-written answers. It is not a person, it does not use artificial intelligence, and nothing it says is advice or a quotation. When you ask to speak to somebody, your message is sent to our team and a person replies.

Our content

Unless we say otherwise, the text, images, layout and code of this website belong to Octatude LLC or are used with permission. You may share links to it and quote from it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own.

Where the website shows work carried out for clients, those clients keep their own rights in their own brands and materials.

What we do and do not promise

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be available, or that every page will always be free of error. Anything on it that describes what Octatude does is a general description, not a binding offer.

To the extent the law allows, Octatude LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Links to other websites

Where this website links somewhere else, that is for convenience. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed in a way that matters.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
