Cookie policy.
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. This page lists every cookie this website uses and what you can turn off.
The short version
Nothing that measures your visit is switched on until you say yes. When you first arrive you are asked. Until you answer, this website loads no measurement or advertising tools at all, and nothing is placed on your device beyond the cookie that remembers your answer.
If you choose Reject all, nothing is loaded, then or on any later visit. There is no penalty for refusing: the whole site works exactly the same either way.
You can change your mind whenever you like using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we also delete the cookies those tools had already set on this website.

None of these can be switched off, which is why you are not offered a toggle for them. The two staff items are never set for an ordinary visitor.
What you are asked about
These are the tools we load only if you agree. They are grouped the same way as the choices on the banner.
Measurement
- Google Analytics 4: Counts visits and shows which pages are read, so we can improve the site.
- Google Tag Manager: Loads the measurement tools above and below. It is what your choice switches on.
Advertising
- Meta Pixel: Measures whether an advert on Facebook or Instagram led to a visit, and builds advertising audiences.
These tools set their own cookies, which typically last up to two years. They are set by the companies named above rather than by us, and each one publishes its own privacy information.
Changing your mind, and what we delete
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Refusing is exactly as easy as agreeing, and both choices are one click on the banner.
When you withdraw consent we delete the cookies those tools set on this website, and we stop loading them. One honest limitation: we can only delete cookies stored against our own website address. Anything a third party holds on its own systems has to be requested from that company, and their privacy pages explain how.
Every browser also lets you see, delete and block cookies yourself. Blocking them will not stop you reading the site, applying for a job, or using the chat.
