Search Engine Optimization.
Technical foundations, content that earns the click, and rankings built to survive an algorithm update.
Search is the traffic you do not rent. Paid media stops the day the budget stops; a page that earns its position keeps working, which is also why it takes longer to build. The work is unglamorous and cumulative: fix what is broken, publish what deserves to rank, and earn the references that make a search engine trust the site.
What the work involves
Technical foundations
Crawling, indexing, site structure, speed and the errors that quietly hold a site back. This comes first because content cannot rank on pages a search engine struggles to read.
On-page optimisation
Titles, headings, internal linking and the structure of each page, so the subject of a page is unambiguous to a reader and to a crawler.
Content that earns the click
Research into what people actually search for, then pages written to answer it properly. Ranking is the halfway point; the click and what happens after it are the job.
Off-page and authority
Earning references from places that already have standing in your field. Slower than buying links and the only version that survives an algorithm update.
Measurement
Rankings, traffic and what that traffic did once it arrived, reported monthly. Position on its own is not a result.
How an engagement runs
The same sequence every time, so you always know where the work is and what happens next.
- Stage 01
Pre-flight
We read the account, the analytics and the market before a budget moves. You get the starting position in writing, so there is something to measure against later.
- Stage 02
Ignition
Tracking first, then creative, then spend. Nothing goes live until we can see what it did, because a campaign you cannot measure is a campaign you cannot improve.
- Stage 03
Climb
Weekly iteration against the one number you told us has to move. What is working gets more budget, what is not gets cut, and you see both.
- Stage 04
Orbit
Once the cost per outcome is stable we scale it and hold it there. Reporting stays monthly, plain English, no vanity metrics.
Selected work
Spend and volumes are rounded down, and cost per result is rounded up, so no figure here reads better than the account actually performed.

The other five disciplines
- 01Performance MarketingPaid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Local Services Ads, run to a cost per outcome you agree before the first dollar is spent.
- 03Local SEOMaps, listings and reviews worked as a pipeline, so the searches happening a mile from your door end at your door.
- 04AI Search: GEO and AEOGenerative and answer engine optimization, so you are the source an assistant quotes when nobody clicks a blue link.
- 05Web and App DevelopmentFast, accessible builds for web and mobile, instrumented from day one. Speed is a conversion lever, so we treat it as one.
- 06Email Marketing and AutomationLifecycle flows that keep earning after the ad spend stops, measured on revenue rather than open rate.
